The memorandum was submitted to the Chief Minister through his PRO.
A similar memorandum was also submitted to the PRO of Sagolband AC MLA RK Ima as he also was unavailable.
Speaking to The Sangai Express, convenor of the JAC concerned Warepam Leviticus said that the written test was rescheduled in March 2019 from 2016 .
He said that altogether 413 MTS posts are to be recruited through the examination.
Saying that 66,873 candidates took part in the written test, he added that the former Education Minister had also assured of declaring the result as soon as possible.
Leviticus went on to claim that the Government hasn't said anything about declaring the result till date though many of the candidates couldn't give other examinations due to age bar while many others are also becoming older.
He then urged the Government to declare the result at the earliest.
