Anti-climax love 'drama' at Lilong Bazar

Imphal, April 16: In a sudden twist of fate, a young girl who has been in love and going around with a boy for quite sometime jumped down from the running Kinetic Honda being driven by the boy shouting for help at Lilong Bazar at around 1 pm today.

The cry of the girl attracted the passers-by and a large crowd gathered at the site in no time.

Alarmed, the boy was heard to have said, 'Bembem, what is this all about ? Do you want me to be lynched by this mob ?' However, as the boy was cornered by the angry mob, the girl intervened pleading the mob not to cause any harm and let him go.

With the crowd swelling, the boy left the place soon after.

Only after the boy left, the girl told the crowd that they are lovers but she came to know that they belong to the same clan.

The girl was finally handed over to her mother, thus ending the high drama.
