Imphal, February 08: Based on specific information a combined team of CDO Imphal East and 32 Assam Rifles conducted a frisking and checking operation yesterday at Kwakeithel and arrested one PLA activist identified as Maibam Arun alias Kumar Meitei (40) of Kwakeithel Lamdong.

Today the same team after reacting to a specific information arrested three PULF activists identified as Md Julfiker Ali alias Nawaz (22) of Urup Arapli Naokal, Md Ali Hussain alias Yakir (26) of Yairipok Changamdabi Makha and Md Abdul Rajak (24) of Keibul Mayai Leikai.

In another incident a team of CDO Imphal east arrested one KCP (MC) activist identified as Heirom Santikumar Meitei alias Ipacha (24) from Khongman Atom Leirak today, said police sources.
