NITI TARA training programme held

Chandel, August 31 2026: A training programme on NITI TARA (Toolkit for Analysis, Review and Action) for Viksit Bharat, aimed at district and block level officials of Aspirational Districts and Blocks, was held today at the Conference Hall of DC Office, Chandel.

The programme was chaired by Md Firoz Khan, ADC Chandel and attended by the district and block-level government officials concerned.

The training programme focused on equipping officials with practical skills to utilise theNITI TARA (Toolkit for Analysis, Review and Action), a data-driven support tool designed to strengthen performance reviews, identify gaps and enable timely, evidence-based decisionmaking at the district and block levels under the Aspirational Districts and Blocks Programme.

A detailed technical demonstration on proper handling and operation of the device was also conducted by the Master Trainer from EdCIL and Schoolnet India Ltd.

The demonstration provided participants with practical, hands-on guidance on the various features and functions of the device, including its correct usage, basic operational procedures and essential precautions for effective and safe handling.

The participants were also given an opportunity to clarify their queries to a better understanding of the device through the live demonstration.

The training provided an opportunity for the participating officials to enhance their understanding of the platform and strengthen evidencebased planning and implementation of developmental initiatives in the district.
