Imphal, January 31 2026: A foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of "Ebudhou Mapa Ebungo Mungyamba Shanglen" was held yesterday at Kiyamgei.

The ceremony was attended by Keirao AC MLA, Lourembam Rameshwor; Peace & Integrity Committee Kiyamgei (PICK) convenor, Chingakham Meghachandra; Khagemba Committee president, Sandhaam Gandharaj; and Kiyamgei Nupi Chaokhat Thourang Lup president, Moirangthem Sobita among others.

Moreover, Lamlao AC MLA, Kh Ibomcha laid the foundation stone for construction of a community hall at Ibudhou Nongdren Pakhangba Laibung in Sawombung Gate yesterday.

The foundation stone laying ceremony was attended by Yumnam Ibungo, exMember, Sawombung ZP; N Dhaneshor, ex-Pradhan, Sawombung GP; and A Premjit, president of Sawombung Lai Thougal Lup among others.
