Imphal, November 17 2024: The 2nd State Level Seminar on "Swami Vivekananda" was held on Friday at Shree Shree Gourgobind Girls' College, Khurai, Imphal East district.

The seminar was organised by Auxiliary Service for Human Affairs (ASHA), Manipur under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

It was attended by Dr Konsam Jaboshakhi Devi, Principal, Shree Shree Gourgobind Girls' College; Tekcham Memcha Devi, president, ASHA and Salam Birendra Singh, president, Eastern Popular Club, Khurai Sajor Leikai as presidium members.

During the technical session, Dr M Sumati Devi, Assistant Professor & Head, Department of English, Shree Shree Gourgobind Girls' College; Dr Th Ajita Devi, Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, Shree Shree Gourgobind Girls' College; BB Sharma, former Joint Director (News), All India Radio, Imphal; Thokchom Shiba Dutta Singh, retired MCS officer and Swami Vivekananda Awardee (Kolkata) presented papers on various topics.
