Imphal, October 13 2010: The fun and gala for the students of Manipur was at the Pinnacle while they landed at Indira Gandhi International Airport at New Delhi on 11 Oct 10 .

The Curriculum on the 12 Oct 2010 at New Delhi encompassed witnessing the hockey Match at Dhyan Chand Stadium, Squash at Sri Fort Stadium and the scintillating track and field event at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium late in the evening.

The students were enthralled to watch India win the Gold Medal in 4x400m relay.

The children as well as teachers were also conducted to the historical monument i.e India Gate and 11 Murti.

The ternary of the 13th Oct included the visit to the Dhyan Chand Stadium, to witness the women's hockey finals.

The students groups were taken to Rashtrapati Bhawan, Raj path, Janpath and Red Fort after the match.

The group had also the opportunity to visit Cannaught Place to do shopping and carry home the memorabilia's of their visit to the Country's Capital.

The visit would culminate with being part of closing ceremony at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on14 Oct 2010 .

The tour is being organised by 26 Sector AR under the aegis of HQ IGAR(South).
