Imphal, February 09 2025: Two books written by Dr Oinam Sareeta Devi were released today in a function held at the auditorium of Directorate of Information & Public Relation (DIRP), Imphal.

The books are - "Wakhalgee Eetinfam", a book of Mainpuri poems and "Gandhigee Wakhalonda Changsinba: Ahingsagee Wangang", a Manipuri translation from Vedabhyas Kundu's "Non-Violence Communication: A Gandhian Approach" .

The book release function was graced by Prof N Rajmuhon Singh, former Vice Chancellor, Dhanamanjuri University, Imphal; Prof Laishram Pravakar Singh, Director, Manipur Institute of Management, Manipur University; Prof RK Lenin Singh, Department of Psychiatry, RIMS; Prof S Mangi Singh, former Dean, School of Social Science, Manipur University and Dr W Kumari Chanu, Associate Professor, Manipuri Department, Manipur University as presidium members.

At the event, Dr W Kumari Chanu and Prof S Mangi Singh gave a brief review of the book.
