Imphal, June 01 2024: The 2nd anniversary of Intas Foundation's Apna Ghar was celebrated at its office in Keishamthong Irom Pukhri Mapal Imphal on Saturday.

The event was attended by cancer patients, caregivers, and official staff, highlighting the foundation's unwavering dedication to supporting those affected by cancer through free accommodation, nutritional food support, transportation, counselling, and a variety of activities.

The celebration began with an inspiring welcome address by the Project Associate Chandam Maradona Singh, who reflected on the significant achievements and impact made over the past two years.

Over the past two years, the Foundation has built a sanctuary for those battling cancer, offering a home where cancer patients can find comfort, nourishment, and hope.

Their services, from free accommodation to nutritional food, free transportation, counselling and various activities are designed to ease their burdens and uplift their spirits.

The event also featured an interactive session where patients and caregivers shared their experiences and suggestions, fostering a sense of unity and collective strength.

The patients and caregivers also conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to the foundation for supporting them with various activities during their hard time.
