Imphal, January 21 2009: Refuting the police claim in connection with killing of one Md Ayub Ali s/o Asp Ali of Keirao Makting Makha Leikai on the night of January 13 at Keikhu Muslim Khul area by Police Commandos on mobile patrol duty, the publicity secretary of the armed outfit PULF Saroz Khan has clarified the deceased had not connection with the outfit at all.

It has been established that the Police Commandos had been hired to kill Ayub Ali by one his own friends and the claim of recovering 9 mm pistol ammunition and other incriminating documents from the possession of the slain is nothing but blatant lying, which is an old habit of the security personnel, Saroz Khan added.
