"Conduct special examination for 31 students"

Yuva Sena Manipur State Unit, the youth wing of Shiv Sena has appealed to the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) to conduct a special examination for 31 Class X students of P Namjoklun High School, Sawombung.
Addressing a press conference today at the party's office in Babupara, Yuva Sena president Rickson Chaingangbam said that not allowing 31 students of P Namjoklun High School to take their exam due to alleged lapses on the part of the school authority and the Board could have severe consequences on their future.
He pointed out that class X and XII examinations are considered crucial milestones in a student's life as they act as a gateway to further education and career choices, significantly impacting their future paths.
Rickson also appealed to the authorities concerned to take necessary steps to save the career of the 31 students.
Meanwhile, the All Manipur Recognised Private Schools' Welfare Association (AMRPSWA) has expressed disappointment over the manner in which 31 students of P Namjoklun High School were not allowed to sit in the HSLC Examination, 2025.In a release, AMRPSWA said that 31 students of P Namjoklun High School did not receive their admit cards for HSLC Examination due to the failure of the school authority to initiate the registration process for the students in time.
The association also appealed to all the parents/ guardians to carefully check whether the school is recognised by the relevant authorities and has received due affiliations before admitting their children to prevent such unfortunate incidents in the future.
Highlighting that the 31 students must not suffer the consequence of the school authority's negligence.
AMRPSWA appealed to the authorities concerned to see if alternative arrangements can be made for them.
Furthermore, AMRPSWA urged the authorities concerned to take strict action against the school authorities who are responsible for the 31 students missing the examination.
