Jiribam, January 20: The Guru Laithangbam Radhe Singh Memorial Wari Leeba Festival cum Competition has commenced from today at Kali Mandir here.

The programme which will continue till January 30 is being jointly organised by All Manipur Wari Leeba and Research Centre (Imphal) and Festival Co-ordinating Committee, Jiribam under the auspices of Sangeet Natak Akademi, New delhi.

The inaugural programme was held with Jiribam ADC Y Iboyaima, president of the Imphal co-host Ch Kondum Singh and chairman of the local Committee Th Narendra Singh as the chief guest, president and guest of honour.
