Senapati DC administers mass pledge against drug abuse

Senapati, August 12 2024: Senapati Deputy Commissioner Mamoni Doley (IAS) led the administering of mass pledge against drugs abuse today at Mave School, Matanmei Taphou, Senapati to commemorate five years of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.

The campaign is based on the theme "Viksit Bharat ka mantra, Bharat ho nashe se swatantra" .

The programme was organised by the Department of District Social Welfare, Senapati in collaboration with Integrated Child Development Services, Senapati.

The administering of mass pledge was followed by planting of tree saplings in the school campus dedicated to Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.

The programme was attended by the District Social Welfare Officer, Senapati and its staff, DPO, CDPO, supervisors of ICDS, Senapati, Anganwadi workers and helpers, teachers, and students.

Various schools under ZEO, Senapati and CEO, ADC, Senapati also participated in taking the mass pledge.

Among them was the United College, Chandel where students, teachers and non-teaching staff of United College, Chandel took a collective pledge to dedicate themselves to the cause of drug-free India.
