The four day long 'Participatory Micro Level Planning Training' programme organised under the concept of Community Development for Peace Project concluded at Khuman Lampak Youth Hostel today.
The first phase residential training programme held under the aegis of CVTC was participated by 40 females from women-based organisations, self help groups, VDC members of CVTC's Project Area and its staff.
The main vision of conducting the training programme concerns promotion of development activities in rural areas through understanding and tapping natural and human resources with particular emphasis on uplifting conditions of the rural women folk through village level planning.
The training schedules were held with H Subhara as the course coordinator.
Discussions during the four day course included exhorting the trainees/participants to share their knowledge, chalk out developmental plans and submit relevant reports to grass roots level Government bodies/agencies to facilitate proper implementation of welfare schemes.
The participants during their respective presentations exuded confidence of disseminating constructive information regarding benefits gained in the four day deliberations besides pledging all out effort to achieve the goal.
