Motivational and Career Counselling programme held at Moirang

Moirang, September 08 2025: The Friendship Organisation Moirang (FOM), formed by the 1979 and 1980 matric batches, comprising retired Government servants and professionals from various fields, organised a Motivational and Career Counselling Programme titled "Inspire" at INA Memorial Hall, Moirang.

The event, aimed at guiding students towards better career choices and personal growth, was attended by FOM president M Noren; Imphal College Principal Dr M Chandra; Moirang College Principal N Joy; Moirang Multipurpose Higher Secondary School Principal RK Sharat; St Xavier's Higher Sec School Moirang Principal Father C Wungchang Shimrei; Advance Intermediate College Moirang Principal Y Modhu and Deligent Public School Moirang Vice-Principal N Priya Devi, as presidium members.

During the programme, Dr Dhanabir Laishram and Shanjenbam Silomi Devi, Managing Director of SS Career Solution, delivered talks on "Motivation and Confidence Building" and "Confidence Building and Choosing the Right Career Path", and other topics.

They offered valuable examples, suggestions, and guidance to Class XII students as resource persons.

The session highlighted the importance of self-belief, goal-setting, and informed decision-making for young students preparing to step into higher education and professional careers.
