LNBA-M extends support to displaced families at Sajiwa Relief Camp

Imphal, September 07 2025:
The Mission Department of the Liangmai Naga Baptist Association, Manipur (LNBA-M), under the leadership of Rev Anambou Newmai, Mission Secretary, organized a Mission Deacons' outreach program fordisplaced families at the Sajiwa Relief Camp in Imphal.
According to a release issued by the LNBA-M, the initiative was part of the association's continuing efforts to provide comfort and encouragement to those affected by ongoing unrest in the State.
As part of the program, Rev Maisongammang, President of LNBA-M, delivered a message urging the relief camp residents to remain steadfast in peace and love despite the hardships they are enduring.
He reminded them of the importance of unity, hope, and trust in God during difficult times.
Rev Anambou Newmai, Mission Secretary of LNBA-M, also shared words of encouragement to the gathering, assuring the displaced families of the church's prayers and unwavering support.
He emphasized that the presence of the Mission Deacons was a sign of solidarity and care from the larger Liangmai Christian community.
The outreach program not only brought spiritual encouragement but also reflected the compassionate mission of the church in extending Christ's love beyond church walls to those in need.
