Universal Club celebrates 41st Foundation Day

Imphal, August 26 2026: The 41st Foundation Day of Universal Club, Langthabal Kunja Awang Leikai, was celebrated today at the club complex.

Floral tributes to departed leaders and those who died in the turmoil in Manipur and felicitation of meritorious students marked the celebration.

Karam Nabakeshor, intending candidate for Langthabal AC, club advisor Thangjam Chittaranjan, Lilong Municipal Council Chairperson L Lalmani, MPCC member Oinam Romen, Chandel CMO Dr Kh Nabakeshor and former MSME National Board Member Robin Blackie attended as presidium members.

Robin Blackie said a youth club is a platform of youths dedicated to serve the public, not just a building with a name.

He lauded Universal Club's role and wished it continue serving the locality.
