Second leg of interactive programme with civil service aspirants held

The second leg of the interactive programme 'Catch Up' for civil services aspirants initiated by the District Administration, Senapati was held at the DRDA hall, Old DC Office complex, Senapati.
Delivering the welcome address, Adahrii Maheo MCS, CEO/ADC, Senapati welcomed and thanked the various college students and teachers for attaining the programme initiated by the District Administration, Senapati.
He spoke on the importance of channelling one's life ambition so as to derive the opportunity to serve the society.
He said that there may be change in exam patterns but the competitive spirit will remain constant.
Stating that there is no substitute for success other than hard work and sheer dedication, he advised the students to stay focused and strive for the best.
He also shared some of his experiences and struggles encountered during his journey.
Speaking as the resource persons Sheveine, MCS, AC, Senapati; Pf Lophro, Jr MCS, SDC, Senapati and Panii Ngaonii, Jr MCS, SDC Senapati exhorted the gathering to work hard and gave valuable insights on how to prepare for the competitive examinations.
The lecture was followed by an active interactive session between the resource persons and the students wherein the resource persons addressed the queries of the students.
Students and teachers from eight colleges of Senapati district attended today's programme.
It may be mentioned that the District Administration, Senapati will take up the next 'Catch Up' series on 'Breast Cancer Awareness' with Dr Percy Sumpi as the resource person and Sheveine, MCS, Assistant Commissioner, Senapati as special guest at the same venue on July 31, 2024 along with a free medical screening camp.
