Other key demands are- timely sitting of Academic Council, Syndicate and Board of Management; autonomy of Dhanamanjuri University under the UGC Act; protection of the university's land from encroachers & illegal occupants; and developing all the necessary infrastructure of Dhanamanjuri University.
Further, the DMCAA welcomed the initiative taken by Education Minister Th Basantakumar Singh to fill up the necessary staff in the University and expressed hope that it will be implemented soon.
Moreover, the Dhanamanjuri University Teachers' Association (DMUTA) has also extended its support to the ongoing agitation spearheaded by students of Dhanamanjuri University.
