Khongnangthaba University hosts Training of Trainers Programme

Khongnangthaba University has successfully conducted a comprehensive 7-day Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme on July 3 at its auditorium in Khurai Konsam Leikai.
According to a release issued by Khongnangthaba University, the programme featured a series of short-term training courses delivered through both online and offline modes.
A significant highlight of the programme was the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Rajarshi College of Education & Skills, Tripura, and Bare Footer School Foundation, Pune.
These MoUs underscored a shared commitment to advancing education, training, research and development, employment opportunities, and cultural exchange initiatives.

The event was honoured by the presence of Dr Kh JayentaMeetei, founder of Kangleipak Foundation; Dr A Guneshwor Sharma, Dean & Director, Allied Health Science-AYUSH; Dr K Benedict Maring, State Nodal Officer-NHM (AYUSH), Manipur; Narendu Bhattacharya, Director, Rajarshi College, Tripura; Dr Arindam Chaudhuri, retired Scientist & Consultant, Government of India; and Avinash Salunke, founder of Bare Footer School Foundation, Pune as presidium members.
The programme began with a welcome address delivered by Dr Rita Nongmaithem.
Dr Rita asserted that this collaborative effort with Bare Footer School Foundation, Pune, and Rajarshi College of Education & Skills, Tripura is aimed at empowering students with enhanced skills and practical corporate experience, thereby paving the way for their future careers.
Dr Kh JayentaMeetei expressed his optimism regarding the impact of the programme, stating that this training initiative is a crucial step towards equipping the students with necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their respective fields.
"We believe that such collaborative efforts will significantly contribute to their professional growth and career development", he added.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr L Ranibala Devi.
