Imphal, March 02 2025: Model Club, Singjamei Chingamakha organised the 1st Imphal West & East District level Painting Competition-2025 at Singjamei Chingamakha High School today on the theme, "Save Manipur" .

The competition was conducted in the memory of Late Laishram Mohen.

It was participated by over 300 students (Class III-VI) .

The valedictory function was graced by Singjamei AC MLA, Yumnam Khemchand; Model Club president, Hijam Raghu; Singjamei Ward Number 15, Corporator, Thokchom Elija; and Singjamei Chingamakha High School, Headmistress, Thokchom Renu.

Speaking on the occasion, Yumnam Khemchand lauded Model Club for organising the painting competition on the theme, "Save Manipur" .

He asserted that the competition will foster patriotism in children, combining fun with education.

Felicitation of teachers and distribution of prizes to the winners of the competition were the main highlights of the event.
