Imphal, March 30: The Thadou Students� Association, Sadar Hill District Committee has reiterated its demand for conversion of Sadar Hills into a full-fledged revenue district and said it would not compromise on the issue at all.

The demand of Sadar Hills is not a new thing; it has been raised by the people for better administration of the different communities living in the area since 1972.But the Govt has not heeded to it, the students� body lamented in a statement.

Warning of launching mass protest movement against the Govt if it remain indifferent to the demand of the Sadar Hills people, the students� body categorically stated that it would not compromise on the issue.

Edn drive: With the main objective of achieving cent percent literacy growth within its jurisdiction, TSA, Sadar Hills District Committee has decided to organise district level competition among the students every weekend with effect from second week of April.

The competition would include quiz, debate, symposium, extempore speech and science seminar on alternate basis.
