MLA Kimneo inaugurates first oil pump in Saikul

Kangpokpi, July 26 2022: Saikul MLA Kimneo Haokip Hangshing inaugurated the first ever oil pump in Saikul area at Thangkanphai village on Tuesday.

The oil pump, M/S Misao Oil under IOCL was inaugurated by the MLA in the presence of Saikul CSO leaders, Saikul Hill Town Committee, and village chiefs of Saikul area.

The oil pump owned by Lenkhohao Misao was dedicated by Rev L James Misao.

To mark the operation of the oil pump, Kimneo personally filled the tank of the KSO's ambulance.

The local MLA also appreciated the proprietor of M/S Misao Oil for bringing in a new development in the Saikul area by establishing the oil pump and said it is a long cherished dream of the people.

Meanwhile, representatives of civil society organisations present at the event lauded the proprietor and the IOCL for the new development and urged the Saikul denizens to take proper care of the oil pump considering the importance of the public property.
