EMA Trust arranges monthly financial aid for 4 children

Bishnupur, September 24 2024: With the goal of extending a helping hand to the wards left behind by martyrs of the Manipur conflict, the Egalitarian Manipur of the Altruists (EMA) Trust has made arrangements to facilitate monthly financial aid to four children.

It may be noted that the financial aid is aimed at assisting the children with their education.

As per a statement issued by EMA Trust, a sum of Rs 6000 (per month) has been arranged for Ningthoujam Monica, d/o Late N Nabadip from Ningthoukhong.

The aid is sponsored by Banita Naorem, IRS from Kakching through the Trust.

EMA Trust handed over the sum to the girl on September 22 .

Additionally, EMA Trust has also facilitated monthly financial aid for N Monica's siblings sponsored by Pooja Chauhan and Rahul Banerjee.

Her sister N Chaoba Chanu and brother N Nonglenkhomba have been receiving Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively from July onwards.

The financial aid will be provided to the children for a period of one year and subsequent arrangements will be made later on.

In addition, Oinam Mangalleibi, d/o Late O Manitomba Singh from Ningthoukhong has started receiving Rs 4000 (per month) through EMA Trust sponsored by Sunil Mohanty, Chief of Programs, CSDR India, Noida, UP for a span of five years.
