Imphal, January 22 2025: The Manipur Human Rights Commission (MHRC) has released a calendar for the year 2025 featuring significant human rights events today.

The calendar also features various human rights that are entitled to the citizens under the Constitution and several international human rights instruments.

In addition, the calendar highlights and illustrates some issues of concern through photographs regarding human rights such as rights of older persons, indigenous people rights and rights to clean environment etc.

The calendar was released by Kangjam Khagendra, a member of MHRC at the office of MHRC in the presence of Haobam Rosita, Secretary of MHRC and Mamata Wahengbam, Head of MHRC Investigation Division.
