Surviving Manipur Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan observed at Phungyar

Ukhrul, August 18 2024: The Kamjong District Administration in collaboration with the Zingsho Katamnao Long (ZKL), under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, organised an inter school literary programme on the theme 'Choose life not drugs' yesterday at Town Hall, Phungyar.

Students of Classes VIII to X participated in the literary programme which included extempore speech and poetry recitation competitions.

Phungyar Higher Secondary School emerged the overall winner of the competitions.

ZKL president Wungnaothan expressed gratitude to the district administrator of Kamjong for his support and the denizens of Phungyar and the student community for their participation in the Nasha Mukt Abhiyan.

Around 400 students, SDO Phungyar, Officer-in-Charge of Phungyar police station and youths attended the programme.
