Governor condoles

Governor Gurbachan Jagat has deeply condoled the demise of former Minister Md Allaudin Khan, who passed away on October 15 morning at Delhi after a prolonged illness.
In a condolence message issued today, the Governor remembered him as a soft spoken person, who was a leader with great potential.
A former student leader, he was among the young leaders of the State who had a great future, said the Governor and added that his untimely demise has left an irreparable void.
The Governor also prayed that the bereaved family members have the strength to sustain during this period of great tragedy and prayed for the departed soul.
The Wakf Board, Manipur also held a meeting to condole the demise of Allaudin Khan who was the Chairman of the Board, today.
A short prayer recital with former Speaker Dr Maniruddin Sheikh in the chair was held today at the premises of the office.
Sharing the grief and pain of the bereaved family members, the Board also prayed to Almight Allah for eternal rest of the departed soul.
