Announcing this during a press conference at the conference hall of Old Secretariat here this afternoon, Association president Y Joykumar pointed out that in accordance to the recruitment rules of the State Government, the post of the Section Officer is fill up through promotion from among the qualified Assistant Section Officers.
So the recent notification issued by the MPSC for fresh recruitment of 25 Section Officers is in violation of the existing recruitment rules.
