Imphal, December 01 2025: The Common Question Pre-Board Examination 2025-26 began today with over 10,000 students appearing in the examination across 123 examination centres in the State.

The examination was organised by All Manipur Recognised Private Schools' Welfare Association (AMRPSWA) for students who will be appearing in the High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLCE) conducted by the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) .

On the first day, two teams of AMRPSWA led by its president L Joy and secretary P Romen Singh inspected the examination centres.

As per a release issued by AMRPSWA, the association has been conducting the PreBoard Examination since 2005 for Class X students who are to face the HSLCE conducted by the BOSEM to test their preparedness and work on their weaknesses.

The Pre-Board Examination was conducted in strict adherence to HSLCE criteria, norms, patterns, etc.

AMRPSWA also appealed to all the organisations/groups to not call any bandh, blockade or general strike to ensure smooth conduct of the pre-board examination.
