IOC revises list of designated retail outlets

Reiterating its decision to boycott the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election, the Maoist Communist Party Manipur, in a press statement, warned key workers of some candidates for the ensuing election to cease their involvement in the election.
If they continue with their involvement despite the warning, the organisation will take them as reactionary of the revolutionary movement and will take up necessary actions against them before or after the election.
While observing that the election this time has seen a major change with election related festivities and feast reduced visibly, the Maoist stated that some ministers are trying to reduce all these changes to vain.
Citing the names of some key workers of four candidates the Maoist warn them to refrain from their involvement in the election at the earliest unless they want to invite the wrath of Maoist.
The workers on whom Maoist issued warnings are five workers of INC candidate O Ibobi in Thoubal A/C, six workers of CPI candidate Ph Parijat in Lamlai A/C, five workers of INC candidate N Biren in Heingang A/C and five workers of INC candidate K Ranjit in Sugnu A/C.
