'Interact Club' launched at St Anthony School

The 1st Installation Ceremony of the Interact Club of St Anthony School was held today at the school premises in Poumai Colony, Imphal.
The ceremony was conducted under the sponsorship of the Rotary Club of Polo City Imphal (RCPCI).
The event was graced by dignitaries, including Dr Kh Palin, managing director & chairman, Shija Hospital & Research Institute (SHRI); Suchitra Devi Potsangbam, principal, St Anthony School; RCPCI president Dr RK Ratankumar, assistant governor Sachhidanand Salam and secretary Indrakumar Singh.
As per a release issued by RCPCI, the milestone event marked the launch of a youth-led initiative under Rotary's mentorship, dedicated to nurturing leadership, service, and community spirit among students.
The installation reflected Rotary's unwavering commitment to instilling values of integrity, fellowship, and its guiding motto "Service Above Self' .
The newly formed Board of Directors along with the newly elected president Anuska Hidam and secretary Khaidem Honey took oath under the guidance of Sachhidanand Salam.
Inspiring speeches were delivered by Dr RK Ratankumar, immediate past president Sovid Elangbam, Sujata Devi Potsangbam, Sachhidanand and Dr Kh Palin, all highlighting Rotary's motto of "Service Above Self' and urging students to embrace leadership, service, and discipline.
The RCPCI expressed gratitude to the school and students for their support in making the occasion a success.
