Chandel, March 26 2026: The three-day training programme on "Videography & Photography", organised under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) scheme concluded successfully today at MACA Hall, Chandel.

The programme was organised by the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Chandel, and witnessed participation from around 50 individuals.

The valedictory function was attended by DFO Chandel, Dr N Munal Meitei as chief guest; Range Forest Officer, Chandel, N Deepa as functional president; and secretary of Lambung Village and State Awardee Sng Pearson Anal along with proprietor of Zinnim Enterprise, St Wanghring, as guests of honour.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr N Munal Meitei said that Chandel district has witnessed several skill development initiatives under the RAMP scheme this year, aimed at boosting livelihood opportunities and promoting overall development in the region.

He highlighted that around 350 individuals in the district have been trained across five different trades under the scheme and expressed optimism that many participants would take up self-employment ventures to enhance their livelihoods.

He urged participants to utilise the skills acquired to build sustainable livelihoods and contribute towards the development of Chandel district as well as the State.
