Imphal, December 21 2024: The 31st Imphal Book Fair 2024 entered the seventh day at the State Central Library, Keishampat on Saturday.

The 10-day fair is being organised by the State Central Library Imphal in association with Raja Rammohan Roy Library Foundation, Kolkata.

Today, a painting competition was conducted in two categories- A (Class III to V) and B (Class VI to VIII) .

Winners of the competition in the order of merit for Category A are- Kh Joy Meitei of Wangkhei High School, S Purel Mangang of St George High School and Kh Chandra Meitei of Wangkhei High School.

Consolation prize winners are- Aditya Sinam of Tiny Tots Unique School, N Kanglei Khombi of Konsam Tomba & Sachi School and Lanchenbam Aribam of Mega Manipur School.

Winners of Category B in the order of merit are- Nongmaithem Korounganba of Heritage Convent, Pheedam Sinam of Ramakrishna Mission and Sanahen Oinam of Pitambara English School.

Consolation prize winners are- Lenison Rajkumar of The USHUS School, Leepun Ningthemcha of Maria Montessori School and Khundrakpam Chinglembi of SL Arena of Learning.

Prizes will be distributed on December 24 at 1pm .
