"Meeyamgi Numit'' held at Jiribam

Jiribam, January 18 2025:
"Meeyamgi Numit" was held today at DC Office Complex, Jiribam organised by the District Administration, Jiribam.
During the event, many people from various parts of the district turn up seeking Government services like Aadhaar update, fisheries schemes, agriculture and horticulture schemes and many others.
Books and uniforms for school going children were also distributed during the event.
Speaking at the occasion, DC Krishna Kumar, IAS said that "Meeyamgi Numit" was held under the instruction of Chief Minister, N Biren Singh to address the grievances of the people.
All the DLO, department officials, and staff are rendering service to people to ensure that the public is served effectively and efficiently.
He continued that Meeyamgi Numit will be held on the 2nd Saturday of every month starting from next month.
The District Administration will also explore the possibility of organising Meeyamgi Numit at Ema Market next time and also at other locations, he added.
He also expressed gratitude to the people of Jiribam and District Level Officers for their contribution in making the event successful.
Manipur State Rural Livelihood Mission (MSRLM), manager, Wahengbam Premchand also urged the public to continue coming forward in the future to avail various benefits and schemes launched by the Government.
