Leithao massacre memorial stone to be unveiled at Andro

Thoubal, November 30 2024: A memorial stone dedicated to the 13 martyrs massacred at Leithao on December 4, 2023 will be unveiled at Andro Khunou Torongthel Kamu Koireng Integrity Park on December 4 during a memorial ceremony.

Speaking to media persons during a press briefing held today at the final resting place of the 13 bravehearts at Andro Khunou Torongthel Kamu Koireng Integrity Park, Athouba 13 Ningshing Thouram Lup convenor said that the monument will be unveiled during the memorial ceremony in remembrance of the 13 courageous martyrs who laid down their lives for the motherland.

The Lup convenor has also invited everyone to attend the event which will begin at 8 am on December 4 .

He also extended heartfelt gratitude to everyone who provided assistance in construction of the memorial monument and invited them to attend the ceremony which is to be held on December 4 .
