Pambei-led UNLF clarifies

Imphal, July 26 2024: The Pambei-led UNLF has clarified that it never asked any one to come to its base camp at Yaithibi Loukol in connection with any case whatsoever.

A press release issued by the outfit's media coordinator Charairongba Thokchom appealed to all concerned not to comply if any one asks them in the name of the outfit to come to Yaithibi Loukol for any case.

The outfit does not place any restriction on Marup (chit fund) played at different localities both in urban and rural areas.

It also appealed to all the people to inform the outfit if any one asks them in the name of the party to come to Yaithibi Loukol for any case or imposes restrictions on playing marup.

The party will take up necessary action promptly, it assured.
