'Candidates' urge all to back bandh

Imphal, August 03 2026: The All Manipur MSPCL and MSPDCL 2019 Exam Completed Candidates have appealed to all sections of the society to support the 24-hour State-wide bandh called by them with effect from August 4 midnight.

The candidates called the bandh demanding revocation of the Government order which cancelled the MSPCL & MSPDCL Recruitment Examination, 2019 and declaration of results of the same exam at the earliest.

A press release issued by the convenor of All Manipur MSPCL and MSPDCL 2019 Exam Completed Candidates said that the bandh will not encompass medical services, religious functions and essential services including water supply and electricity.
