TODAY -
Whispers from the past
Alen Tlen *
Remembering my childhood plays,
When days are filled with the fullness of life.
In this moment of complex days,
Life was far away from being alive.
The age was to sore high,
But in reality far from the sore.
The time was to attain light,
But buried down to the core.
And thought life's, complexities may abound,
And childhood's vibrancy be lost to sight,
Yet in this moment, it's joy is still found,
And guide us through life's darkest night.
And in the end, it's not the years we live,
But how we live, that makes a life worth giving.
