On you go
Poukhinlung Gangmei *
The first pensive shower in remembrance's long gone
Heart's still touching its drops every lone dawn
Quietly, it never again touches our divided cone.
Desperately kept my heart, though not been found.
Sleepless nights always trigger off to remembering
When I knew it's gone; waiting, hoping, longing
When my hollow heart has nothing more to gain.
Obviously feel desert's heart that long committed rain
Like a hopeless hovering confused bee in plead
Buzzing around for just a lill' flower-pixie-peek.
I fall into? If I can't make what's mine mine!
And part away? If I'm to appeal back the time!
O dear! Even more, my heart's hurting, dying
Mom with helpless sickness; family's deteriorating!
Though family's sickly struggling to human walking
When all peer's excommunicated: confused living.
Fear! Here is my whispering unseen life, feared:
"To tear the past that has sickly sheared"
Or "To look back at my lovely, insane, true shadow"
Except, hear lill' sweetest lowest voice: On you go.. .
On you go. . . On you go.. .
Least; for weak melancholy's tale of sweet woe:
I had this, my ink, to pensive flow..
