Anew and Bright

A beautiful flower has gone to bloom,
Anew and bright beyond the gloom,
In tunes of light and calm delight ,
Still blossoming within her parents' sight.
I was mad ,lost in despair,
Chasing dreams that weren't there -
Unseen wealth in clouds above ,
Whispers forming shapes of love.
But I seek not the past's return,
Let old mistakes in silence burn .
I promise now , with clearer eyes ,
To guide you where true vision lies.
Though leaves may fly on rushing wind ,
And storms may howl , unkind , unpinned-
I 'll strive to stand , a steady stone,
To hold you firm , not left alone.
