I was wondering what is going.

Its early morning I came to walk. I could not remember the exact time, but it would be around 4.30 am, a young boys and girls, with two wheeler in troops came one after another.

Suddenly I clear my doubt speaking to my friend where they are going? With a smart smile my friend answer they are going for tuition.

My goodness, I was surprised! So early. He even said many of them have two number of tuition in the morning.

“We” in the state have a great number of school and colleges, perhaps if we take population ratio to institution I hope we have enough learning centre. Many students have set a mind that learning is not in school but in tuition centre.

What our child actually learns in the school, many students are come up with poor quality, lacking analysis scale in themselves, as they depend on tuition, there is no creativity in them; no idea is generated by them to solve a problem.

Tuition in the state becomes a fashionable.

Still many parents in the state hardly take analysis of what their child learn in the school, many student organizations in the state never aware of the situation; they are more on strike and blockade.

A school or colleges is a learning centre, student must be encourage to be concentrate more on school learning rather then fashioning tuition as culture of learning.

Many student face problem in the state after crossing their 10+2 or after their graduation, the reason behind is due to their less expose to self study and analysis.

Parents must mold their children in such a manner that they analyse and solve the problem by themselves rather then depending in tuition.

Many School and colleges teacher in the state don’t have a true spirit of mentor, teacher must be a mentor, but they hardly mentored the students in school as they want extra earning by making tuition compulsory, many tuition teacher are part of question setting for the board or university exam, once I was told by a student, they take tuition not for learning but because that particular teacher is involve question setting for Board/University exam.

At the same time, many student organization in the state are talking of quality education and merit basis allocation of the student.

The philosophy of many student organization are great to hear, quality education, merit system allocation in admission procedure etc. But if we take the survey of any college, there would be so call student quota in admission of student, there will be staff quota.

So what is merit basis allocation? This is my simple question to one and all including myself and to all student organization who wants a change in today societies.

So every parent must also take note of what their child learn in the school.

The simple answer to this is ...when my child really studied alone.
