I get a huge salary (huge because I am not qualified enough to be tagged with a mid 5 figures salary, I belong to the same Religion of the founder of the company) and enjoy a good metropolitan life. I have been enjoying it for 7 yrs (not a long time but quite a long time for someone who is missing the peace of staying where he was born and brought up).

Being lucky enough to get used to the class metropolitan life I always dream of getting the amenities for my entire life but not in a place where the life is so fast and my presence is so unimportant.

I have been in the competition for fame and power for quite sometime. I have acquired a considerable amount of power, which I enjoy exercising right now but since everything has a start and end I also know that it will end someday before I can tell the whole world that I am capable.

I have been thinking of an alternative to find a way so that I could at least exercise it at a level where I could have control and at the same time enjoy being in the power (secured) for my entire life....

What if I say I will give a solution of cost cutting for the company but in lieu would like to handle all marketing employees (That's where my expertise can come handy) attached to each branch, independently under the name of "greater marketers" and stationed at my hometown?

There could be few issues attached to my proposal.

All branch offices might say that they can't sacrifice the post of a marketing executive and the benefits, structure of the branch office.

Now analyzing the situation, I feel I am on a better side as I will be in a better position to convince the marketers to be on my side and more over when a renowned person like me who has a good contact with external resources to convince the CEO makes the proposal for a better functioning of the office, I don't think there is a good excuse for the CEO to turn down the proposal.

Its going to take time for me to decide on what to be done next however I think I will closely follow what action Muivah is taking up as my interest and his interest seems to be of the same traits.

From 1st August 1997 his NSCN has been enjoying the so-called Cease-fire with a trends of extending every year. After 8 long years of free roaming and a near to normal life it won't be too much to say that "going back underground will be hard".

Given the fact that there is a chance of negotiating on his wants based on the unification theme, he would not like to miss it. Here is a situation; if at all he wants to come over ground, and change the taste of his power towards politics then it is needless to say that he needs to get through the transition, a transition where he has the required power even during the course of transition.

Lets assume that Greater Nagaland is created; (God forbids losses of precious life).

Who do you think the caretaker would be or what do you think would happen? The architect of Greater Nagaland would obviously be the lead in power sharing.

He must be giving his heart and soul in making a history, especially in making a history where he becomes the unopposed ruling party of Greater Nagaland.

The lapse between his wants and the People needs has been covered up by UNC based on a common interest. I think this is very usual for a human being to craft his own way to get to the place he wants but the scale of repercussions it impinge on the common people should also be considered before using the experienced diabolical brain.

What does he really want to create?

Is it a retired NSCN-IM cadre's camp well equipped to be secured from the NSCN-K, a Greater Nagaland, or a political field to exercise his political hobbies ?
