As part of Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh, Tribal Research Institute (TR1), TA & Hills Department is organizing State Level Photography Competition to showcase the rich tribal heritage of Manipur through photography in the following three categories:

Tribal Costumes — Traditional attire, ornaments, and body art.
Tribal Festivals — Celebrations, dances, rituals, and performances.
Tribal Lifestyle — Daily life, customs, work, homes, and community practices.

Awards in each category

First Prize : Tribal Lens trophy + Certificate & ₹ 20,000 INR Cash Prize
Second Prize : Tribal Lens trophy + Certificate & ₹ 15,000 INR Cash Prize
Third Prize : Tribal Lens trophy + Certificate & ₹ 10,000 INR Cash Prize
10 Outstanding Entries (across all categories) will receive: Tribal Lens Merit Certificate & ₹ 3000 INR Cash Prize
