"Imagi Sorat"

Synopsis:-

It is only that parents have deep desire to see their children excel and reach the top echelons of society. Parents are often overjoyed when their children archives success and are proud to show them off to others.

Conversely, it is the duty of children neglect their parents due to a lack of awareness about responsibilities towards them. In some cases, children may even treat their parents as enemies, abandoning them and causing them harm.

This is a troubling phenomenon that undermines our cultural values. When parents pass away, some children may pretend to show affection by performing elaborate religious rituals and spending large sums of money, but this is not a genuine expression of love.

Instead we should take care of our parents with love and respect while they are still alive. Our parents are like Gods to us, and we should cherish them and honor them during their lifetime.

The play “Imagi Sorat” emphasizes the importance of loving and caring for our parents, reminding us that our duty is nto just to perform rituals after they are gone, but to nurture them with kindness and compassion while they are amoung us.
