Dread Life
Tourangbam Jenifer *
No more of serenity and harmony ,
No more of brotherhood,
No more love for the human race.
A lot has changed and elapsed
Like a massive cyclone, raze the whole ball of wax
Numerous innocent lives slayed inhumanly
Terror reached a peak,
Sounds of women and children wailing
Echoed far and near filling the air,
Sweet and sacred home,
Were ablaze, turned into ashes.
Incessantly losing precious life like trivial.
What a great shame for a reckless regime!
What a great shame for a reckless regime!
