Tolom Karam, in his debut as a writer and director, has officially announced the upcoming Manipuri feature film, *Ayingba Meiree.*
This project holds particular significance as it revives the legacy of KT Films, the production house founded by his grandfather, Karam Monomohan Singh, also known as Karam Amumacha Singh, the first producer of Manipuri cinema with the iconic film Matamgi Manipur.
Under the banner of KT Films, in association with Storyteller Studio, Ayingba Meiree is set to make a mark as a crime thriller — a genre new to the Manipuri film industry.
