The book is all about Human Resource Development of women workforce in state of Manipur. It highlight the two prominent organizations i.e Manipur state government service of women police and Central Reserve Police Force of Women Battalions.

The book focuses on ways to find for recommendation in accountability, efficiency and effectiveness of women police workforce in dealing issues relating with women in state of Manipur. It also highlight in finding the gaps of facilities, opportunities, challenges between central and state force of women.

About the Author

DR. MOIRANGTHEM ROSHINI (b.1985) is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Management subject in Manipur Technical University, the first state university in Manipur, established under the Manipur Technical University Act, 2016 on 23 April 2016. The university offers B.Tech. courses in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Computer Science Engineering.She completed her Ph.D from Manipur Institute of Management Studies, Manipur University.

She has more than 8 years of teaching experience in Management subjects for both graduate and post graduate levels in various private universities and government colleges across the state of Manipur. She has also participated in various national and international seminars and conferences.

She has shown keen interest and had taken important role in different student related activities. With inquisitiveness of exploring new ideas and updating with new skills and knowledge, she has always been fascinated with teaching as a profession. She believes in staying fit as well as learning and experiencing more with life for a better tomorrow.
