'Ensure Tamei board exams centre operates with unbiased justice'

In view of the upcoming HSLC examination 2025, scheduled to take place within a few days, the Liangmai Naga Katimai Ruangdi, Manipur (LNKRM) expresses deep concern regarding the future of the student community.

A decade ago, the Tamei board examinations centre was introduced in Tamei by the BOSEM, considering the necessity and its insistence. The LNKRM is exceptionally grateful to all the schools and education centers in Tamei for their selfless contribution in nurturing the students' fraternity.

Furthermore, the LNKRM urges the BOSEM to ensure that the Tamei board exams centre operates with unbiased justice and without any conditions, considering Tamei's remote location in Tamenglong District, Manipur.

During recent institutional visits, the LNKRM has also noticed the D.I office attached to Langmei Higher Secondary School, Tamei. The LNKRM appeals to the education department and concerned authorities to continue operating the D.I office in Tamei.

On January 17th, 2025, the LNKRM witnessed a meeting conducted at the D.I office, Tamei, where an order was issued through the ZEO, Tamenglong. Therefore, the LNKRM requests that all matters related to the educational sector, including the distribution of books, uniforms, and school materials, be handled through the D.I office in Tamei.

The LNKRM hopes that the concerned authorities will take necessary actions to address these concerns and ensure the smooth conduct of the HSLC examination 2025.
