Subject: Addressing concerns of unrest situations in Manipur and failing to restore normalcy

Hon’ble Prime Minister,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention for several issues that have been affecting the normal lives of people in Manipur due to the conflicts between the Kuki and Meitei community since last year 2023 3rd May and impressions of fear, anger and unrest in the mindset of the people.

I the undersigned, a bonafied citizen of India have the honor to state to you that Hon’ble Prime Minister’s absence and unawareness of the situations, delay in mitigating the violence and failure in probing since the violence erupted over Kuki Separate Administrations and ST Status to Meitei / Meitei is very unfortunate. I truly believe that the people of Manipur must be respected and protected, irrespective of gender, religion, caste or creed.

The State and the Central Govt. of India has totally failed to protect the lives of the innocent common people in Manipur leaving thousands of people being displaced, killed including innocent women and children and injured countless in this yearlong conflict from both the communities.

The main life-line of the State (Dimapur – Imphal Road and Jiribam – Imphal Road) has remained blocked since the conflicts erupted and have remained threatened and stopped the transportation of essential commodities. The killing and abduction of innocent citizens including minor children and women by Narco-Terrorists is added dimension of violence.

It reflects that the Bjp led government, and other competent Authorities, have failed to administer and ensure security and peace in Manipur. It is the need of hours that the State is under Presidential Rule (PR) immediately without any further delay.

We must give a chance to welcome the best possible way to ensure that the lives and property of the people of the state are protected. Respected PM, it is to the best of my knowledge that deportation of the illegal immigrants or influx in the State via international borders at the earliest will be solution to the crisis.

Another is that Manipur has been influenced by Narco-Terrorist at large and that is what, we witnessing in Manipur. Therefore, this Narco-Terrorism must be stopped immediately and with stringent mechanisms and unbiased security personnel must be deployed on both sides then the peace and normalcy in the state will rise.

I further, believe that with your kind and valuable assistance and under your true leadership, the issues will be addressed effectively and will create a better environment in bringing the normalcy and peace in the State.

Therefore, I request for your true responsibilities and concerns to act for the unrest and torn state of Manipur and bring the normalcy and peace in the state.
