The Management and Organizing Committee of the 40th Foundation Day of AMEA held today, 22nd of November 2023 at Siroy Hall, North AOC would like to thank all the esteemed members, invitees and Special Invitees, Prof. Ch. Priyoranjan Singh, Dept of Economics, MU, Canchipur and Prof. Ch. Ibohal Meitei, Professor of Mgmt & Director, Research and Development, MU, Canchipur for their kind presence.

The Foundation Day Celebration started with the Lighting of the Inaugural Lamp led by Shri Sh. Rishikumar Singh, President, AMEA, Shri Kh. Ibochou Singh, Gen. Secy, AMEA, Shri Th. Joykumar Singh, Founder, Thangjam Agro Ltd along with Special Invitees Prof. Ch. Priyoranjan Singh & Prof. Ch. Ibohal Meitei.

Floral Tribute to the Departed AMEA members was given with full grace and Honour.

In the opening remark Shri Th. Joykumar Singh, Founder, Thangjam Agro Ltd. welcomed all on the floor and stretched the timelines of AMEA’s early founding years. He also elaborated the association of AMEA with Department of Industries & Textiles, GoM in all the state industrial policies. He also spoke about AMEA’s involvement as Association Member with RBI, EC- MSME, MPCB, NSIC, SIDBI.

AMEA also lead a team of around 60 entrepreneurs of North East India for 3 Days NE India Trade Fair held in Mandalay, Myanmar in the year 2016. A team of more than 30 Entrepreneurs also attended 1 day NE India and Upper Myanmar Business Summit in the year 2017 at Kalay, Myanmar.

AMEA’s developmental and far sighted vision led to send a team of 15 members for an exposure trip to Beijing, Guangzhou and Kunming Cities in China in the year 2018.

Special Invitee Prof. Ch. Priyoranjan Singh, having graced the occasion on the Foundation Day spoke the Need of the Hour solution in continuing Internal Conflict. His vision for a consolidated approach to a better society is highly appreciated and remarkable.

Prof. Ch. Ibohal Meitei also graced the occasion as a Special Invitee enlightened us with the WORLD GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION after the experience of his recent official visit to South Korea, Singapore, Sri Lanka. His interest in establishment of a Complete Entrepreneurs Eco system was also highlighted and involvement from time to time to scale up the economy.

Shri RK. Birendra, Founder Bisra Polymers & Senior Member, AMEA was addressed on the Podium to speak a few words about his journey with AMEA. He spoke at length the memoirs of his association with AMEA.

Smt. Hanjabam Shubhra Devi, Founder, Meira Foods & Senior Member, AMEA stressed the need to enroll and involvement of Women Entrepreneurs and Empowerment.

Shri Sh. Rishikumar Singh, President, AMEA, in his presidential Speech spoke about experiences of the 1 month Long Residential and the 1st ever EDP held in the year 1983 at the then Hotel Tourist Lodge, North AOC (Now Hotel Imphal, by the Classic). The 1 month long EDP called the Young Entrepreneurs of the state not only to enlighten but put forward an Industry revolution motive and movement for a Brighter Economic Society in the state of Manipur.

Shri Sh. Rishikumar Singh also thank all the AMEA members, Invitees and Special Invitees on the 40th Foundation Day Celebration of All Manipur Entrepreneurs’ Association for the timely presence and celebration of the day with full Grace and Honour.
